The name of God Tetragrammaton is written 12 times and the names of the angels of the sun Shemeshiel, Paimoniah, Rekhodiah, and Malkhiel. The verse is similar to that from the book of Daniel Chapter 4, 34 "My Kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and my dominion endureth from age to age"
