There are many paths of spirituality all leading to the supreme God and the angels.  At the early stages of spiritual development many become confused as to what method or path to choose from.  The spiritual program is similar to entering a university or high school / secondary school and at the early stages you cannot decide on what to major in.  So the student on the path is exposed to many variety of subjects and areas of specialization, but none of which is deep enough to specialize in.

But as the student in college advances from freshmen into their junior and senior years they decide to choose a major of specialization.  As many have known by experience that even after you choose a major and take a few courses in that area students often change their mind and then decide to major in something else. A person may start college with the intent of majoring in Electrical engineering but may end majoring in Accounting.

The road in the development of spirituality is as confusing as selecting a major in college.  There are so many areas and possibly an infinite number of spiritual ways that people follow. The reason being that each person that graduates to the high ranks of spirituality develops a unique approach that is suitable to the person by environment, personality, financial resources and other factors of previous beliefs.  For these reasons only he or she that becomes an adept in whatever area of their spiritual practice acquires an ability that is unique to that individual.

Spirituality is a part of the package of living itself hence our daily lives play a part in our development.. Since no two people, even identical twins live the same way each person tend to develop differently.  

There are common outer knowledge in areas of spirituality that we all share and these form the fundamental basics or building blocks of any path a person may choose.  Unfortunately many methods that are taught or practiced in our society has nothing or little to do with spiritual development at all. So many follow such paths and end up waisting their time only to realize that at the very top of their journey is a dead end.

To follow any kind of spiritual path always be clear in your mind that the goal is to able to form a bridge between yourself on the physical plain and that of the spiritual plain.  The spiritual plain is occupied by God, angels, gods (ascended masters), elementals, fairies, souls of the dead, demons.  True spirituality is to form a link between a human being and those of the spiritual plain and if the path you are walking will not assist or end up linking you to beings of the spiritual plain then you will come to a dead end and wind up starting all over in another direction.

Yoga is commonly practiced as a form of method to induce spiritual awakening.  Here is where it becomes interesting for it is in the practice of yoga that through physical discipline of the body, internal organs such as the chakras can be stimulated to properly attune the individual with the forces of the spiritual plain.  Yoga is an eastern form of spiritual development and many have successfully used it to attune themselves to the spiritual plain.  No path is easy and the practice of yoga requires patience and discipline and truly indeed when it is combined with the chanting of vowel sounds the inner psychic faculties are awakened.

The path of the Rosicrucians is the mastery of the inner self.  Rosicrucian philosophy is a combination of eastern methods of chants to awaken the psyche of the individual as well as rituals that make a remarkable impression on the mind of the individual.  Their methods are to educate their initiates on many levels,  both mentally, physically, and spiritually.  The Rosicrucian methods involves many initiations and experiments in the use of vowel sounds to bring about spiritual manifestations.  I was once an officer of the New York City Lodge and held the office of Chanter, Inner Guardian, and Chaplain and hence became aware of all the initiatory rituals that are conferred upon the candidates.

The Rosicrucians develop their members along the path to become mystics, a spiritual scientist ( one who adds logic, reason, mathematics and science into their spirituality). Whatever cannot be explained logically is often dismissed.  Rosicrucians avoid the term religion hence does not refer to God of any religion neither do they refer to angels in their teachings.  The higher beings they refer to are the masters and it is their goal to develop their initiates to attune to the masters.

Buddhism is a path introduced in the eastern world and many Chinese, and Asians follow this path.  Budhism introduced by Gautama Buddha combines right deeds and actions as a path of spiritual development. Their concept is structured around the keywords dharma and kharma which are duty and good deeds. Duty is what you responsible for in this life and while here do unto others as you will like them to do to you.  If you do bad deeds, you will re-incarnate to pay the price.  If you cause harm to others, harm will find a way to come to your doorsteps.  So Buddhism teaches their initiates to be kind and be respectful of the property, and rights of others.  Selflessness is the cornerstone of Budhism and he who chooses the path of Budhism for enlightenment must learn to be selfless, loving, and kind.

African and Hebrew spiritual methods are similar in that their path includes spirits of some kind; whether they are angels, God, gods, elementals.  These develop their initiates to learn how to interact with spirits and make use of their services in healing, guidance and in our daily affairs. Their method is to link spirits with nature to effect what they do. In their methods are the attempt to bridge the physical with the spiritual beings. African and Hebrew spirituality hence involve spirits of one kind or the other and usually the prophet is linked with a spirit of one level or the other to accomplish what they do.  

African medicine men and women often gain their knowledge and effect their cures with the aide of gods and elementals. The Hebrew approach relies more on the use of angels as the medium to connect to God.  So by comparison the Western philosophy makes the effort to develop the physical body to perform spiritual deeds, whereas the African and Hebrew style is to invoke, and evoke spirit beings to come to our aide in what we do.  A person may find one method more appealing than the other but always keep in mind that at the end of the journey you have to come in contact with the angels and God.

With all these paths and road before the initiate which road is best and what must the individual know to quicken their development.  After having been exposed to various paths I have narrowed down the journey that the path of Elohim, the angels and elementals are most effective.  Two basic books I will recommend for all to have in thier spiritual library are: THE TRINITY OF LIGHTS , THE SEVEN HEBREW GODS . These books are available as downloads as well as paperback.  The Trinity of lights explains spirituality from a more scientific and logical perspective which is the method of the mystic. It also contains rituals to assist the individual in daily spiritual practice.  The Seven Hebrew Gods contains practical cabalistic ways of interacting with the Elohim and angels.  It contains many practical spiritual methods such as how to perform spiritual baths, spiritual cleansing and divination. I recommend that each person have for their personal use an angelic seal  of their guardian angel drawn on paper or a white handkerchief. I also recommend that you read my articles on the elements of numbers and the articles on the keys of prayer. 

 I also recommend that each person should use the MAMAREL OIL in combination with their rituals.  If you are Muslim,  when you are ready to begin your prayers, after you wash your hands, dip your index finger into the oil and touch it on your forehead while saying ALLAH HU-AKMAH. For all others on a daily basis before you perform your prayers dip your index finger into the oil and make a cross on your forehead while saying YOD HE VAU HE.  Touch the oil on your right foot, left foot, right palm and left palm while each time saying YOD HE VAU HE.  For women it is recommended that you also touch the solar plexus, belly button with the oil while saying YOD HE VAU HE.  Repeat this daily before you make your prayers.  The oil is a substance of nature, which is spiritually charged to link you to nature and the forces the spiritual world.  Even if you practice Yoga, before you do your chants it is recommended that you touch the five points or six points of your body with the oil before beginning your exercise.

It is better to have spiritual beings manage our lives than to take matters in your own hands.  This is what lead to the fall of Adam & Eve in the first place thinking that they will take matters in their own hands and become as wise as God.

It is better and easier to be lead by God and his angels than for a person to choose blindly with the hope they will be able to form a bridge between the physical and the spiritual without the intervention of God and his angels. 

Then there are those that follow the path of a religion. Here is where we find the Christians, Muslims, Judaism and others.  Their basis is for mankind to form a relationship with God and put God in charge of their lives.  Prayer is the conner stone of any religion.  Hence, the path of development through religion is prayer, which is the path of sound.  Sound is one of the three primary forms of energy that are attributes of God and it seems to be the quickest way to reach the spiritual plain. 

I will summarize that each person, angel, or God out there is connected to an element and all human beings are evolving to merge with the angels and God of an element. Hence the right place to start the spiritual journey is to know what element you actually belong to, for the forces and angels of that element are what is guiding you and shaping your footsteps in the mastery of that element.  Spirituality is mastery of an element and the beings of that element for God; the Elohim are themselves the elements through whom all exists.  The elements are connect to your date of birth and the angels of that element and the angels of the planets from the hour you were born work and assist you in developing skills along the element and planet of your birth.

The power of names play a role in all that we do.  The Word has power, and behind a word is a number which is the spirit of that thing itself.  Prayer is the use of sound as a means to connect to God and the angels.  Call on the name of God every day to attune to divinity for it is the quickest and easiest path rather than to attempt to take matters into your own hands. Allow the angels to become a part your lives rather than shutting them out.  No matter what you practice, whether Yoga, or any form of mystic practice include the names of God and the angels in what you do, for without them your spiritual practice becomes limited to the physical plain.

When there is an alignment in the stars and a human being on earth an important and usual change  occurs on earth.  Just as the birth of Jesus was foretold in the stars,  events that will usually affect the lives of many are often foretold by the alignment of numbers to an individual on the planet.

Such an event coincides with Barak Obama as the 44th president of United States.  There are many people by the same name, but when the date of birth is combined with a name it usually matches only one person.

Americas independence day was July 4, in the month of Leo and the number 4 as the base number of light. The Elections were held on November 4.  The person to win becomes the 44th president, Barack Obama was in his 40’s when he was running for office as president. 

His wife Michele Obama was born January 17, 1964 and 44 years old when Barack Obama took office.  Now how is this all possible that the 44th president, had a wife that turned 44 years when he took office.

This perfect alignment could not be a coincidence for that is obviously the hand of divinity having shaped Barack Obama from birth to become the 44th president of the United States  America entered into the sphere of the number of fire as 44 and the person that this number coincided with among all the American citizens was Barack Obama who was lined up on  the path of the number 4 from birth.

From this example we can learn that from the very hour a person is born the person is walking on the path of an element and evolving along that path  Your destiny may coincide with other events whose numbers match your name and date of birth.

Words and names are the outer form of appearance that hide the true nature of a thing whose actual existence are its numbers which do not change.  America enters into the sphere of fire  again in 2012 when the heat will be turned up again.

The presidency of Barack Obama marks the  beginning of a time of an event that will occur in the future on the planet counting from the date of the 44th presidency of the United States or from the date of his birth August 4th,  just as the birth of Jesus Christ marked the beginning of time for our calendar.  That event will have something to do with fire or light in a year whose number is on the path of the numbers of light, meaning a date that will be divisible by 4.

The 4th key of prayer are the elements; the substance in nature that links the physical to the spiritual. Anything that comes from the spiritual realm manifests itself on the physical plain through one of the four elements which are air, fire, water, and earth.

The elements are not just pure elements as we know it but they are linked to creatures and substances here on earth. God and nature are one; meaning, the link between a human being and the spiritual realm is nature.  The food and water we drink sustains the life within the body.

Behind the wind are the angels of air and the elementals of air known as the Sylphs.  Behind the element of fire are the angels of fire and the elementals of fire known as the Salamanders.  Behind the element of water are the angels of water and the elementals of water known as the undines. Linked to the element of earth are the angels of earth and the elementals of earth known as the gnomes (dwarfs).

With this knowledge at hand one can purposefully direct their prayers to manifest through an element of their choice.  By holding in your hand a substance of nature that represents an element or with the eyes fixed upon a substance of nature a person can direct the spirits of an element to express itself through that substance.

Example, Moses had a stick (wand) in his hand to perform his miracles. The stick is an element of earth, hence the spirits and powers through whom he was performing his miracles were angels and elementals of earth (gnomes)

As it was mentioned in Genesis: God told Moses to cast his stick down and it turned into a snake and picked it up by the tail and it turned back into a stick.  Any one item of an element can represent all the creatures and things pertaining to that element.  The substance of the element can be any number of things including herbs, clothe, crystals, oils, sticks, eggs, metals such as gold, silver, copper, iron, mercury, lead, candles, water or any natural substance in nature.

King Solomon used a gold ring as his element when interacting with the spirits.  Elijah had a cloak of clothe as his element which he left to Elisha when Elijah was taken to heaven. Jesus used his cloak, the white apparel he wore as his element and this became obvious when the bleeding woman touched his garment and she was healed, and Jesus immediately became aware that someone has deliberately touched his garment.

When I was a teenager and met with the angels face to face at sea by the shores of the Ghana Black Star square, in West African,  the angels instructed the prophet who took me there to make a ring of gold for me.  A gold ring was made for me that had a cross mounted on top.  I was instructed to twist the ring a few times when calling on the angels.  I used the ring a few times while in the United States but I misplaced it somewhere among my belongings as I moved from place to place.

It is the substance of the element that forms the concrete link between the person praying and the spirits, elementals, angels and God.  Example, while holding an egg in your hand channels your prayers through the spirits of air, for the egg is the seed of the creatures of air.  Connecting your prayers through the spirits of air is most effective for as human beings we mostly depend on air for our survival.  Through the medium of the angels of air is healing, mental improvement, quickening of the intellect, sound, music and the many attributes of air.

To re-iterate the keys of prayers are: the first key are the names of God.  The second key is the prayer request pertaining to your needs The third key of prayer is repetition.  The forth key of prayer are the elements.

Prayer is like making a direct telephone call to God, and God either answers or there will be no answer.  If God answers your prayer request it does not necessarily mean your request will be granted.

To send a message to God it has to go through the messengers of God, who are the angels.  It is their duty to first evaluate your prayer and determine if it meets the proper basic requirements. There are basic elements which must be part of the prayer for it to meet the proper requirements, I will refer to these as the keys of prayer.

The first key is the names of God.  Prayer is like directing a letter to a judge and the cosmic as vast as it is requires that you have to mention the name of the judge that you want to hear your case.  If there are no names of God mentioned in the opening line  of the prayer, it is like placing a letter in an envelope addressed to no one and mailing it at the post office.

Now most importantly, your request has to be something that you need not something that you want  There is a difference between something you need and something that you simply want.  A need is something that you absolutely must have and urgent to your very survival.  You may need food but you may want a BMW car. The difference between the two is; food is critical for your very survival and is associated with your very well being.  A BMW  car is not an essential item for your very survival.  God responds to our needs not to things that we want.

Keeping this in mind, God answers prayers along the lines of things that are essential to our health and well being.  God hence may grant you the means to have food, but will not grant you the means to have a rolex watch. Keeping this in mind the prayer must always be something that you urgently need to get by that day or that moment.

The second key is hence the body of the prayer itself which addresses what you want.  You may want God to send you an angel to give you knowledge, good health, food and basic clothes, but do not ask God to provide the means for you to get a mansion.

The prayer that is said may not necessarily pertain to anything in particular for it could be one of the psalms which usually addresses our basic needs.  Here is an example of a prayer using psalm 91.

Elohim, Yahweh, Eloah, Shaddai, Yah, Eheieh, Elion

1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. 

 2 I will say  of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust."

 3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare
and from the deadly pestilence.

 4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

 5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,

 6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.

 7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.

 8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.

 9 If you make the Most High your dwelling—
even the LORD, who is my refuge-

 10 then no harm will befall you,
no disaster will come near your tent.

 11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;

 12 they will lift you up in their hands,

I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

The third key is repetition meaning, using the example of psalm 91 keep reciting the call over and over until your needs are met.  Keep in mind that God determines the urgency of your request and if you need something bad enough you will keep making the call. If it is not that important after the first call or prayer and your needs are not met you will forget about it and move on to something else.  The third key is to keep repeating the call over and over until what you want has been fulfilled.  This third key is important for it is the same principle when attempting to request God to send an angel to your aide.  You have to repeat the prayer many times back to back for God to respond to that request.

Example if you want God to grant you the means to have food today.  You may use the Lords prayer as such.  Yod He Vau He, Elohim, Adonai Tzabaoth, Yah, Yahweh, Elion, Eloah

Our Father in heaven,

hallowed be your name.

Your Kingdom come, 

your will be done, 

on earth as in heaven

Give us today our daily bread.

Forgive us our sins,

as we forgive those who sin against us. 

Lead us not into temptation, 

but deliver us from evil. 

For the kingdom, 

the power and the glory are yours. 

Now and for ever. Amen

Recite the prayer several times while you are out there searching for food or the means to have food.  Since most people work for a living a merchant may recite this prayer for each sale they want.  This is the meaning of one call, one answer.  Meaning that if God grants you food in the morning, and you are hungry in the afternoon you must prayer again for food and if you are hungry in the evening you must pray again for food. One call is followed by one answer just as when you are thirsty you drink as many times as you need.  Prayer requests follow the same principle of repetition. Your needs may be taken care of today or for that moment but you must pray again for your next meal.

These three fundamental keys are sufficient guides in prayer. The first key are the names of God, the second is the prayer request, the third key is repetition.  There are additional keys and I will discuss them in the future.

CNN caught my attention some years ago when the movie Live from Baghdad was aired. I had never really paid that much attention to news programs prior to that time. I normally watched the local news and channel surfed between news programs based on the story they were reporting.

CNN caught my attention during the first Gulf War and has kept me tuned in since then. The stories are always up-to-the-minute and relevant to critical current events. My favorite program on CNN is AC360, hosted by Anderson Cooper. He is a fascinating anchor who reports from both his desk and from the field. He is consistently professional in his demeanor and remains focused on his reports.

CNN was founded in 1980 and has become one of the largest news networks airing internationally. CNN is the acronym for Cable News Network, which is kind of ironic since I watch CNN on my TV By Direct. It has maintained a reputation for being a fast-breaking news network airing current events as they occur. CNN has also been accused of being producing biased news stories as in the case of campaigns and elections. However, their breaking news stories appear to be straight-forward reporting of the facts and that's what keeps me watching CNN.
